About the RoleWe are recruiting an English-speaking Sales Representative to join a growing international customer experience team supporting one of Europe's leading e-commerce brands.
This role combines customer service with consultative sales, helping both private and business customers find the right products while identifying opportunities to upsell and build long-term customer relationships.
You’ll work with warm leads and existing customers, making this an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills who enjoys helping customers and achieving commercial results.
Key Responsibilities- Engage with customers via phone and email, providing outstanding service and product guidance
- Understand customer needs and recommend the most suitable products and solutions
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell relevant products and services
- Follow up on warm leads and convert enquiries into successful sales
- Build lasting relationships by delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Accurately record customer interactions and maintain CRM information
- Share customer insights and feedback to support continuous service improvement
- Consistently achieve individual and team sales targets
- Native English speaker
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, sales, help desk, or another customer‑facing role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Commercial mindset with the motivation to achieve sales targets
- Positive, confident, and customer‑focused personality
- Sales experience is an advantage but not essential
