Benchmark located in Statham GA is currently seeking a talented and driven Aftermarket Parts & Service Supervisor to lead the aftermarket parts, service, warranty, and retrofit business functions. The candidate for this opportunity should be a motivated, well-organized, conscientious, and collaborative individual interested in building a long-term career with a dynamic group of creative professionals.

This position is responsible for the leadership and performance of the aftermarket team, including parts sales, field service coordination, warranty administration, customer support, retrofit sales support, and aftermarket business growth. The Aftermarket Parts & Service Supervisor will work closely with customers and internal departments to ensure exceptional service, timely resolution of issues, and growth of aftermarket revenue while maximizing customer satisfaction and equipment uptime.
*** In this role you will be responsible for:
***** Leadership & Team Management
*** Lead and develop the Aftermarket Parts, Service Coordination, Warranty, and Retrofit/Conversion Sales teams.
* Drive accountability, teamwork, continuous improvement, and achievement of departmental goals.
** Aftermarket Sales & Business Development
*** Support aftermarket revenue growth, margin improvement, and proactive spare parts sales programs.
* Identify opportunities for service contracts, preventative maintenance, upgrades, retrofits, training, and replacement parts.
** Parts Operations
*** Oversee parts quoting, order entry, fulfillment, customer communication, and spare parts recommendations.
* Monitor parts sales, backlog, quoting performance, and order execution.
** Service Operations
*** Coordinate service scheduling, resource utilization, field technician support, and customer service requests.
* Monitor service performance, response times, invoicing accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
** Warranty & Customer Support
*** Oversee warranty administration and serve as an escalation point for parts, service, and warranty concerns.
* Coordinate issue resolution across internal teams while maintaining strong customer relationships.
** Retrofit & Upgrade Administration
*** Support retrofit and conversion opportunities, order administration, follow-up, and execution.
* Identify upgrades and improvements that add customer value and extend equipment life cycles.
** Cross-Functional Coordination
*** Partner with Operations, Engineering, Manufacturing, Project Management, Sales, Purchasing, and Finance to support aftermarket execution.
* Ensure clear communication of customer needs, technical information, project updates, and service requirements.
