BRAVA Roof Tile is seeking an Outside Sales Representative (Territory Manager) to drive sales growth and strengthen customer relationships throughout Georgia, Alabama, and Mississippi. This field-based role is responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing distributor and contractor relationships, and expanding market share within the assigned territory.
Responsibilities- Develop and grow sales within the assigned territory by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing customer relationships.
- Prospect and generate new leads through referrals, business directories, networking organizations, trade shows, industry events, and other sales activities.
- Contact prospective customers to introduce BRAVA Roof Tile products, qualify opportunities, and create new sales.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and engage leads in a timely manner, documenting all activities and opportunities within the CRM system.
- Schedule and conduct in-person customer visits to present products, provide samples, discuss pricing and availability, and demonstrate the value of BRAVA solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, distributors, architects, builders, and other key decision-makers.
- Maintain expert knowledge of BRAVA's product portfolio and educate customers on product features, benefits, and applications.
- Recommend products and solutions based on customer needs while identifying opportunities to upsell and expand business.
- Partner closely with Contractor Sales Representative and Account Managers to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Maintains an accurate record of all leads, customer accounts, and sales within CRM system.
- Develop territory-specific sales plans and execute strategies to achieve or exceed sales goals.
- Attend sales meetings and actively participate in training, product education, and sales planning sessions.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities and improve market penetration.
- Represent BRAVA Roof Tile professionally at trade shows, industry events, customer meetings, and other networking opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field.
- 8+ years' territory sales experience with strong track record of success.
- Roofing and/or Building Materials Industry required.
- Sloped Roofing, Tile, and Synthetics desired.
- Experience in developing and executing territory sales strategies.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently to meet or exceed goals.
