POSITION OVERVIEWWe are seeking driven and results-oriented Telephone Sales Representatives to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will engage with prospective and existing customers over the phone to identify their needs, recommend products and services, and close sales while delivering an outstanding customer experience. Successful candidates are confident communicators who enjoy building relationships, meeting performance goals, and working in a fast-paced sales environment.

- Make and receive customer calls to promote products and services.
- Build rapport and establish trust with prospective and existing customers.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly.
- Overcome objections and confidently close sales opportunities.
- Accurately document customer interactions and sales activities.
- Meet or exceed individual sales and performance targets.
- Maintain product knowledge and stay current on promotions.
- Follow all company policies and compliance requirements.
- Participate in regular coaching sessions and sales training.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and persuasive selling skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Ability to multitask while navigating multiple systems.
- Goal-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Ability to thrive in a performance-driven environment.
- One year of inside sales, retail sales, customer service, or contact centre sales experience.
- Experience working with sales metrics and performance goals.

This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks;
reach in any direction; raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.
