You will serve as a primary brand ambassador, helping homeowners design and realize high-end outdoor living spaces across Savannah's premier coastal communities. In this consultative role, you will leverage custom-engineered architectural solutions to transform client visions into reality while driving significant revenue growth. You will enjoy unlimited earning potential backed by a vertically integrated, state-of-the-art regional manufacturing facility.

• Build and cultivate a high-converting pipeline of luxury residential projects across Coastal Georgia.
• Form strategic referral networks with elite homebuilders, architects, landscape designers, and real estate professionals.
• Conduct comprehensive in-home consultations to evaluate homeowner needs and present tailored shade solutions.
• Deliver value-based sales presentations that convert high-ticket leads into signed contracts.
• Collaborate with in-house design, engineering, and installation teams to ensure flawless project handoffs.
• Maintain complete account records and clear client communication throughout the entire sales lifecycle.

• Minimum of 5 years of proven outside sales experience closing high-value residential or specialty construction projects.
• Track record of successfully selling individual projects valued at $30,000 or higher.
• Strong consultative sales capability focused on value creation rather than price discounting.
• Proficiency using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications to manage pipeline activity.
• Valid driver's license with reliable personal transportation for regional client visits.

• Prior experience selling luxury outdoor living products, custom fabrication, or architectural home systems.
• Established professional network among luxury builders, architects, and interior designers in Coastal Georgia.
• Experience navigating multi-week consultative sales cycles with high-net-worth clients.
