Logistics Account Manager

AMX Logistics is looking for an Account Manager to own and grow a portfolio of customer accounts. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with customers, solving problems, identifying new opportunities, and playing an active role in growing the business.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers
• Grow existing accounts by identifying new freight, lanes, and service opportunities
• Coordinate transportation solutions from rate management through successful execution
• Build lasting customer relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities that add value for customers
• Monitor account performance, service levels, and KPIs
• Negotiate rates and service expectations while balancing customer needs and company goals
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and carrier partners to keep freight moving efficiently
