This is an outside sales role built on an established name. You're not introducing a startup nobody's heard of — you're representing a family-owned restoration company that Savannah property professionals already recognize for rapid response and reliable work.

That credibility opens doors faster than a cold pitch ever could. Your job is to walk through them, build the relationships that turn into referrals, and keep True North top of mind with the people who see property emergencies first.

• Prospecting new commercial and referral relationships across Savannah
• Walking into businesses and introducing yourself and True North
• Meeting decision-makers face-to-face
• Running discovery meetings with potential referral partners
• Attending networking events and trade association meetings
• Educating prospects on restoration and emergency response services
• Managing pipeline and follow-up through CRM
• Handing off active opportunities to operations and staying involved

You’ll have sales systems, marketing support, coaching, and an operations team behind you.
You still have to make the calls, book the meetings, and create the activity.
