Plumbing Sales Manager
Victory Plumbing is a locally owned, family-operated company and a leading provider of residential, commercial, and industrial plumbing services throughout the greater Savannah, Georgia area. We are committed to delivering exceptional customer service, quality workmanship, and safe, code-compliant plumbing solutions. We value employees who demonstrate professionalism, accountability, teamwork, and a genuine commitment to serving our customers.
We are creating a new role at Victory Plumbing: a dedicated Plumbing Sales Manager to lead the sale and planning of residential service, replacement, and contractor-driven plumbing work. Historically, our technicians have sold what they found in the field alongside doing the work itself. This position changes that — giving homeowners and contractors alike a focused, technically knowledgeable point of contact, and giving our field team the ability to stay focused on the trade.
The Plumbing Sales Manager owns the customer and contractor sales experience from first contact through a closed, planned job. This individual meets with homeowners in their homes to present repair and replacement options, and works directly with general contractors and builders on new-construction and remodel work — reading blueprints, performing material take-offs, and coordinating with our install team to plan the job and build an accurate material list.
As Victory Plumbing's first dedicated sales hire, this person will also help build the sales process itself: scripts, follow-up cadence, pricing presentation, and CRM discipline, since no formal sales process exists today. Strong plumbing knowledge is essential — this role requires the credibility to speak accurately with contractors, technicians, and homeowners alike.
The ideal candidate takes ownership of their schedule and results, builds trust quickly with both homeowners and contractors, and treats every closed job and every relationship as if it were their own business. Success in this position requires strong closing skills, real plumbing knowledge, sound judgment, professionalism, and the ability to represent Victory Plumbing with integrity in every home and on every job site.
There is a path to leading a small sales team as this function grows, for the right person.
- Own the customer and contractor sales experience from first contact through a closed, planned job.
- Take responsibility for meeting monthly sales targets for closed service, replacement, and contractor-driven revenue.
- Proactively identify stalled opportunities, follow-up gaps, and customer or contractor hesitation before a sale is lost.
- Follow every quote through to a clear outcome — closed, declined, or scheduled for follow-up — rather than letting opportunities go cold.
- Keep ownership informed of sales performance, notable losses, and recurring objections from customers and contractors.
- Maintain accurate, current, and complete opportunity and customer information in Service Titan.
- Demonstrate a consistent sense of urgency, accountability, sound judgment, and attention to detail.
- Meet with homeowners at their property, following up on technician diagnoses to present clear repair and replacement options.
- Build and maintain relationships with general contractors, builders, and other trade partners as a source of ongoing plumbing work.
- Ask effective questions to understand the customer or contractor's scope, budget, timeline, and decision-making process.
- Present pricing, financing options, and warranty information clearly, honestly, and professionally.
- Close sales directly, on the spot when possible, with both homeowners and contractor clients.
- Address customer and contractor questions and objections with professionalism, empathy, and urgency.
- Follow up with prospects who don't close on the spot, on a consistent and documented cadence.
- Request customer reviews and referrals following completed jobs.
