Business Development Representative

Adjuria is a legal tech start-up and we help law firms and legal departments put AI to work. Our services span AI strategy consulting, document management, a proprietary US legal data platform, and AI agent implementation. We work with firms who know they need to modernize, and we give them a clear path forward.

We're growing and looking for a driven sales professional to help us reach more firms across Georgia and the Southeast, with room to expand into new markets.

This is a full-commission sales position with equity potential as well as salary potential based on your success.

You can make this a side job or full-time role…it’s up to you. You'll own the full sales cycle: finding prospects, building relationships, running demos and consultations, and closing deals across our service lines (Workshop, Strategy Consulting, Implementation, Support/Maintenance, and Solutions).

This role is built for someone who wants to control or supplement their own income andcapitalize on this key growth market through a startup with a strong product offering. The legal AI market is still at an early growth stage. The reps who get in now and build relationships will be the ones firms call first for years.

• Prospect and generate new business through outreach, referrals, and industry networking
• Build relationships with law firms, in-house legal departments, bar associations, and chambers of commerce
• Understand each prospect's pain points and position the right Adjuria service line as the fix
• Run product demos and consultative sales conversations
• Manage your pipeline from first contact through signed contract
• Represent Adjuria at legal industry events, conferences, and association meetings
• Work closely with our leadership team to refine pitch materials and pricing conversations as you learn what resonates

• Proven sales experience; legal tech, SaaS, or professional services sales strongly preferred
• Comfortable and confident working in a commission-only structure, motivated by the potential for other earning opportunities as the company gains market share
• Existing network or relationships within the legal industry is a big plus
• Genuine interest in AI and its practical use in legal work (you don't need to be technical, but you need to be curious)
• Self-motivated and organized enough to manage your own pipeline without close supervision
• Experience with Hubspot CRM is helpful, but not required
• Strong communicator who can talk to managing partners and IT directors with equal ease
