AMX is looking for a motivated Capacity Representative to join our team. This is a fast-paced, production-driven role for someone who enjoys negotiating, solving problems, building relationships, and winning.

As a Capacity Representative, you’ll play a critical role in keeping freight moving—securing reliable transportation capacity, negotiating carrier rates, developing strong carrier partnerships, and managing shipments from pickup through delivery.

• $80,000+ annual earning potential through competitive base pay + monthly commission opportunities

Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–5:00 PM, with a half-day weekend rotation just once or twice per quarter.
