experienced automotive sales professionals
who:

• Have a proven track record of selling vehicles
• Know how to prospect, follow up, negotiate and close
• Understand the importance of CSI and customer retention
• Are comfortable working with internet leads, phone leads and showroom traffic
• Know how to present vehicles and conduct effective test drives
• Can confidently discuss pricing, financing and trade‑ins
• Are self‑motivated and competitive
• Take ownership of their customers and their results
• Understand that follow-up is where deals are won
• Want to build a long‑term career — not just find another job

Automotive sales experience is strongly preferred.Exceptional retail sales professionals with a demonstrated history of success are also encouraged to apply.
