The Hotel Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role across hotels in Bluffton, SC and Savannah, GA. This position is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive room, group, and event revenue for assigned hotel properties. Daily activities include prospecting and securing new business, managing existing accounts, conducting sales calls and site visits, and preparing proposals and contracts. The Hotel Sales Manager collaborates with the operations and revenue management teams to create packages, promotions, and targeted campaigns that support occupancy and rate goals.

The role also involves maintaining accurate sales reports, forecasting demand, monitoring market trends and competitor activity, and representing the hotel at community and industry events.

• Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interactions with clients and internal teams.
• Excellent Customer Service abilities, with a focus on building relationships and ensuring a positive guest and client experience.
• Proven Sales and Sales Management experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Experience in hotel or hospitality sales is highly preferred.
• Ability to analyze sales data, use CRM tools, and prepare reports and forecasts.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
• Willingness to work on-site in Bluffton, SC and Savannah, GA and attend events or meetings as required.
