The Senior Director, Sales will lead the strategic direction, performance, and expansion of FDH’s sales organization across key markets and customer segments. This leader will be responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth, managing a high-performing sales team, and cultivating strategic relationships with top-tier customers. Reporting to the executive leadership team, the Senior Director will shape go-to-market strategies, influence product and service offerings, and own key metrics including revenue, margin, and customer satisfaction.
