As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a petrochemical location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will assist with access points, observe and report unusual activity, and deliver strong customer service through clear communication.

** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to employees, contractors, drivers, and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an industrial processing location.

+ Respond to alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including notifying appropriate site contacts and public emergency services as directed.

+ Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings, processing areas, tank farms, docks, parking areas, and perimeter lines; working environments and conditions may vary by location.

+ Monitor access points and vehicle entry areas by checking authorization, verifying identification and/or badges, directing traffic flow, and documenting entries and exits in logs or electronic systems.

+ Complete detailed reports on patrol activity, incidents, observations, and policy violations, and communicate relevant information during shift turnover to help support continuity of security-related operations.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + Have at least 6+ months of security-related experience.

+ Have a TSA issued TWIC.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.

+ A guard card and/or license is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
