Security Officer Property Monitor

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, following post orders, and supporting emergency response activities when appropriate.;
Respond to incidents, policy violations, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts as needed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including warehouse areas, loading zones, parking areas, and the perimeter, to help identify unusual activity and report security-related concerns.;
Monitor access points and verify authorized entry for employees, visitors, and/or deliveries in accordance with site procedures, helping to support orderly operations at the location.;
Observe conditions across the property and report maintenance issues, hazards, and/or suspicious activity to the appropriate personnel while maintaining a visible presence.
