Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, loading and unloading areas, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns;
Monitor access points, check visitor and/or vendor credentials, and observe inbound and outbound traffic according to site policies;
Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner;
Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures and following posted instructions;
Report maintenance issues, hazards, and policy violations to the appropriate personnel
