Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and first responders as appropriate.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, perimeter, and access points to deter unauthorized activity.;
Monitor entry and exit activity for personnel, visitors, vehicles, and deliveries in accordance with site protocols.;
Support access control, badge verification, and incident reporting functions while maintaining awareness of location rules and restricted areas.
