Pay Rate: $17.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Sat: 07:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Sun: 07:00 PM - 07:00 AM

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at an industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or first responders as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, perimeter, and access points to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entry and exit activity for personnel, visitors, vehicles, and deliveries in accordance with site protocols, reporting concerns and/or irregularities to the proper contacts.
• Support access control, badge verification, and incident reporting functions while maintaining awareness of location rules, operational hazards, and restricted areas.

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• A TSA-issued TWIC is required.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
