Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including the perimeter, parking areas, entrances, and loading or receiving areas, to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.;
Monitor access points and verify authorized entry for employees, visitors, and/or deliveries in accordance with site policies and posted procedures.;
Support daily operations at a retail distribution location by observing activity, communicating clearly with staff, and reporting hazards, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations.
