Assist with case investigations and identification/prevention of internal and external AP incidents;
Monitor store activity through observation, camera systems, and floor walks to identify and prevent theft, fraud, and dishonesty;
Document and report all incidents and support retrieval/review of investigation documentation;
Build relationships with local law enforcement to support collaboration and resolution of cases;
Educate store team on asset protection, emergency response, and safety programs to enhance compliance
