In this role you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, support a welcoming environment, and help deter security‑related incidents through a visible presence. $16.00 per hour

Monday 05:00 AM – 01:00 PM
Friday 05:00 AM – 01:00 PM
Saturday 08:30 AM – 01:30 PM
Sunday 08:30 AM – 01:30 PM

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out assigned security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or first responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor entrances, lobbies, and common areas, helping to manage access, direct foot traffic, and support a professional environment for everyone at the location.
• Complete routine reports and logs related to patrol activity, incidents, and/or visitor interactions while following Allied Universal standards and site expectations.

• At least 6 months of security‑related experience.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Guard card and/or license preferred.
• Minimum 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.
