The Senior Manager, Executive Protection is responsible for the strategic leadership, development, and execution of Gulfstream's global executive protection program. This position oversees all aspects of executive security operations, protective intelligence, travel risk management, and protective logistics for senior executives and other designated personnel. The role requires a seasoned security professional who can lead complex domestic and international protection operations, manage cross-functional teams and vendors, and provide executive-level guidance on security risks while ensuring the safety, security, and continuity of executive travel, executive participation at events, and daily activities.

While the position has overall responsibility for managing executive protection resources and operations, it is also a hands-on role that requires the incumbent to personally perform executive protection duties, conduct advance work, accompany executives during travel, and execute protective operations when staffing levels, operational requirements, or security considerations do not allow for delegation.

Education and Experience Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice or related field required or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. 8 years related experience within Security, Law Enforcement, or Emergency Management. 2 years prior experience in corporate security environment strongly preferred.
