Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.;
Monitor access points, loading areas, and employee/visitor entry activity in accordance with site procedures.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, reporting observations and concerns through established channels.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of the distribution facility, parking areas, loading docks, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.;
Document incidents, irregularities, and security-related observations accurately and promptly.
