Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property management by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of commercial buildings, common areas, parking facilities, and property perimeters;
Monitor for unauthorized access, suspicious activity, property damage, and maintenance concerns, and report observations according to site procedures;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting emergency services when appropriate;
Document patrol activity, incidents, and unusual conditions through detailed reports and shift logs
