Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility including loading areas, parking areas, access points, and perimeter;
Monitor access to the location by observing entry and exit activity and verifying credentials;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and escalate as needed;
Complete accurate reports, daily activity logs, and incident documentation and communicate with site personnel and leadership
