Security Officer Part Time Guest Reception

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and/or associates at a hotel or resort front desk by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Monitor access to the property, greet and direct visitors, verify credentials as required, and maintain visitor logs and/or access records.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, promptly communicating relevant information to appropriate hotel or resort personnel and emergency responders.;
Observe front desk and lobby activity, report unusual conditions or concerns, and help to deter unauthorized access through professional presence and adherence to site procedures.;
Assist with security-related administrative duties, including documenting incidents, answering phones, and providing information or directions to guests and visitors.
