Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage field crews on industrial and commercial job sites.
- Coordinate daily tasks, schedules, and resources to keep projects on track.
- Oversee electrical installations, including building systems wiring, fire alarms, and industrial equipment.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, NEC requirements, and all safety standards.
- Troubleshoot systems, perform commissioning, and resolve on-site issues.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
- Track progress, document daily logs, and report updates to management.
- Manage materials, tools, and equipment.
- Conduct safety meetings and enforce OSHA guidelines.
- Create weekly lookaheads and review schedules with teams.
- Serve as a point of contact for project managers, engineers, and clients.
- Mentor and train journeyman electricians and apprentices.
- Familiarity with project management software (Plan Hub, Procore) is a plus.
Candidate Requirements
- 10+ years of industrial/commercial electrical experience.
- Minimum 2 years as a Foreman or Crew Leader.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, building wiring, fire alarms, and commissioning.
- Ability to interpret blueprints and construction documents.
- Skilled problem-solver with a focus on efficiency and safety.
- Personal PPE (boots, hardhat, basic tools) required; company vest provided.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (MVR checks required).
- Must pass drug test and background check.
- Willingness to travel and work overtime as needed.
- OSHA 30 preferred.
Work Schedule
- Full-time position based in Atlanta, GA
- Opportunities for travel which will include pier diem and overtime
