The Service Technician will perform routine system maintenance, diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC systems, and carry out repairs or replacements when necessary. Responsibilities also include preventive maintenance to ensure systems operate efficiently and safely, and ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering professional and reliable service in every interaction.

• Strong skills in Troubleshooting and accurate problem diagnosis
• Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair and Preventive Maintenance for HVAC systems
• Knowledge of EPA guidelines and compliance standards
• Effective communication skills and a commitment to ensuring Customer Satisfaction
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment
• Relevant certification and/or licensing in HVAC systems and EPA certification
• Prior experience in the HVAC industry is required
