CGL is a provider of justice facility planning, design, and program management and maintenance solutions to justice facilities and other public facilities throughout the U.S. and internationally. CGL Facility Management, LLC provides comprehensive contract facility maintenance services to commercial clients.

This position will be responsible for both preventive and corrective plumbing maintenance work and minimal installations with our client.

• Assembles, installs, and repairs pipes, fittings, and fixtures of heating, water, and drainage systems according to specifications and plumbing codes.
• Installs and repairs plumbing fixtures such as sinks, showers, com­mod­es, water heaters, hot water tanks, garbage disposals, and dishwashers.
• Assembles and installs valves, pipe fittings, and pipes composed of metals, clay, and plastic using hand and power tools.
• Conducts daily activities like drain cleaning, soldering, brazing, repair and installation of Drain Waste and Vent (DWV), installing toilets, water lines, P‑Traps, and repair of water leaks and replacement of valves, faucets, sinks, etc.
• Completes all documentation required in compliance with CGL’s Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
• Conducts preventive and corrective maintenance work orders.
• Performs work in accordance with established safety procedures and according to the standards of CGL Facility Maintenance, OSHA, and our clients.
• Maintains a clean and safe workplace while and after performing grounds keeping tasks.
• Provides training and mentorship to technicians in basics of the trade.
• Requires driving for the company using either a company vehicle or personal/rental vehicle for more than 50% of the time.

• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent).
• Minimum two years of preventive and corrective plumbing maintenance experience in a commercial environment.
• Ability to work with general trade tools and handle confined spaces, night shifts, and on‑call duties.
• Capability to replace Automatic Sprinkler heads for sprinkler systems.
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and team spirit.
• Reliable and dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Valid driver’s license (DL NUMBER) and in-state requirement.
• Must be able to pass a drug test, background screen, and physical abilities test/motor vehicle record check (if required).
