Bonitz of Georgia provides commercial Roofing, Roof Decking Systems, Engineered Fills, Metal Stud Framing, Drywall, and Acoustical Ceiling services. Bonitz of Georgia is a certified drug-free workplace. We operate primarily in Georgia, Florida, North Carolina and South Carolina.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a crew of 4-5 roofers
- Review job plans, drawings, and existing conditions
- Coordinate daily operations to ensure quality work and on-time completion
- Train, coach, and support crew members and subcontractors
- Maintain safety compliance (OSHA & company standards)
- Ensure tools, equipment, and materials are used properly and well maintained
- Handle documentation: time sheets, reports, receiving tickets, toolbox talks
- Communicate with project managers and superintendents
- Interact professionally with customers
- Travel to job sites (up to 25% overnight)
- 5+ years of commercial roofing experience
- PVC & TPO experience required
- Valid driver's license and acceptable MVR
- Ability to lift to 100lbs, climb ladders, and work at heights
- Comfortable working outdoors year-round
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- OSHA 30 preferred
- Metal roofing/wall panel experience preferred
- $20-$26/hr starting pay (based on experience)
- Quarterly & annual bonuses based on performance
- Medical, dental, vision insurance after 60 days
- Paid holidays + PTO (earned immediately)
- Per Diem for overnight jobs
- 401(k) after 6 months
