North Georgia Drilling is seeking a hardworking, dependable technician to service residential well systems and assist with hydro fracking operations. This is a physically active, field-based position with hands‑on work every day.
Responsibilities- Pull and install well pumps and related equipment
- Diagnose and repair well system issues
- Assist with hydro fracking operations
- Perform system troubleshooting and flow testing
- Maintain equipment, tools, and truck inventory
- Follow safety procedures on job sites
- Communicate clearly with team members and customers
- Mechanical aptitude (construction, plumbing, or similar experience preferred)
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs and perform physical labor
Comfortable working outdoors in all conditions - Valid driver’s license
- Dependable, strong work ethic, and team-oriented
- Experience with well drilling or pump systems
- CDL or ability to obtain one
- Experience operating equipment or working around rigs
