We are looking for a dependable Handyman / Home Service Technician Assistant who is eager to learn, enjoys working with their hands, and wants to build a career in the home services industry. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing local business from the ground up while receiving hands-on training and professional development.

What You'll Do

* Assist with residential repair, maintenance, and improvement projects

* Support technicians with home repairs, remodeling projects, and aging-in-place modifications

* Prepare work areas, organize materials, and maintain clean job sites

* Load, unload, and transport tools and supplies

* Learn proper use of tools, materials, and industry best practices

* Assist with customer service and professional communication on job sites

* Help deliver the exceptional service and craftsmanship Tru Blue is known for

Typical Projects Include

* Drywall repair and patching

* Painting and touch-up work

* Basic carpentry and wood repairs

* Door and window repairs

* Deck and fence maintenance

* Bathroom and kitchen updates

* Home safety modifications

* General home maintenance services

Who You Are

* Dependable, hardworking, and willing to learn

* Interested in carpentry, construction, remodeling, painting, or general home repairs

* Comfortable taking direction and working as part of a team

* Professional and respectful when interacting with customers

* Strong work ethic and positive attitude

* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

* Legally authorized to work in the United States

* Owns basic tools or is willing to acquire them over time (preferred but not required)
