General facility maintenance including basic carpentry, painting, drywall flooring and minor plumbing;
Skill in troubleshooting electrical systems, mechanical equipment, and HVAC components under supervision;
Ability to prioritize and close work orders with timely documentation;
Ability to perform inspections and preventive maintenance per regulatory guidelines;
Knowledge of safety practices, including PPE use, lockout/tagout and safe ladder/hand-tool operations
