Job Title
Maintenance Technician
Job DescriptionWithin a team of eight technicians and reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will work on the road to ensure:
Maintenance & Troubleshooting
- Preventive maintenance of HVAC systems
- Diagnosis of breakdowns and troubleshooting interventions
- Repairs in compliance with standards
- Writing of reports
Commissioning & Adjustments
- Commissioning of new or renovated installations
- Hydraulic and air adjustments
- Parameterization of control systems
Your environment
- Clientele: tertiary and industrial: offices, cinemas, clinics, municipalities, garages...
- Very occasional interventions with private individuals
- Sector:
Toulouse + occasional trips (~150 km)
Essential:
- Certificate of refrigerant fluid capacity
- Very good level in electricity
- Mastery of control systems
- Reading of electrical and refrigeration diagrams
- Solid foundation in HVAC hydraulics
- Knowledge of boilers and burners
- Knowledge in plumbing
