Perimeter Solutions Group (PSG) is seeking an experienced Fence Crew Leader to lead commercial fence installation crews in the Savannah area. • Lead and supervise a 2–3 person commercial fence installation crew
• Plan and coordinate daily job site activities
• Install commercial fencing systems, including:
  Chain Link, Wood, Vinyl (PVC), Aluminum, Ornamental & Wrought Iron
• Read measurements and lay out fence lines accurately
• Set posts, pour concrete, and complete fence installations
• Operate trucks, trailers, hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely
• Ensure projects are completed on time and meet company quality standards
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site
• Train and mentor crew members
• Communicate with customers, project managers, and company leadership throughout each project

• Previous commercial fence installation experience required
• Prior Foreman, Crew Leader, Lead Installer, or Supervisor experience preferred
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Experience operating trucks and towing trailers
• CDL is a plus but not required
• Ability to read a tape measure and construction plans
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Must pass a background check

Pay Range: USD $28.00 - USD $36.00 /Hr.
