Operate asphalt paving screed equipment safely and efficiently;
Control material fed into the paver and the depths of material distributed through the machine;
Perform minor servicing and maintenance or refer major problems to the supervisor;
Develop and follow understanding of paving patterns, grades, drainage, and oil consistencies;
Work with shift flexibility and be able to operate in Georgia and South Carolina as required
