The responsibilities of the Apartment Maintenance Technician include performing various maintenance tasks, repairs, and improvements, such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repair. • Perform minor building, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and painting repairs as necessary
• Implement preventative maintenance measures
• Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies
• Respond quickly to emergency maintenance requests
• Complete inspections of apartments for move‑ins/outs
• Repair appliances as needed
• Perform tasks associated with apartment turnover
• Ensure work is completed in a timely and efficient manner
• Communicate effectively with team members

• Proven experience as an apartment maintenance technician
• Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
• Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
• Experience with hardware tools and electrical equipment
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to handle physical workload
• High school diploma or equivalent
