The Liberty Group is seeking an HVAC Certified Apartment Community Maintenance Technician to service our residential properties in Savannah, GA. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems, perform preventative maintenance, and respond to resident requests to keep units market-ready.
Qualifications include HVAC certification (EPA/CFC), at least 6 months onsite experience, valid , reliable transportation, and your own tools.
