MAA Benton is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair our apartment homes and facilities. You will diagnose and fix HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry issues, and prepare homes for move-in while following preventative maintenance schedules.
Qualifying candidates have 1–3 years of multifamily maintenance experience, HVAC experience, and EPA Type II or EPA Universal certification (or obtain within 90 days).
