Benjamin Franklin Plumbing is an industry leader in residential plumbing services and is hiring skilled residential service plumbers in the Greater Savannah area (Pooler, Effingham County, or Bryan County). This full‑time position offers competitive pay of $75,000–$150,000+ per year, unlimited earning potential, year‑round work, and clear paths for career growth.

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems
• Deliver exceptional customer service on every job
• Communicate solutions clearly and provide upfront pricing before work begins
• Maintain accurate, clean, and professional paperwork
• Work independently while staying connected to the larger team
• Demonstrate a safety‑conscious attitude on the job and while driving

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Residential Services Plumber
• Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Dependable, motivated, and high‑ethical standards; customers trust us in their homes
• Drain experience (a plus)
• Gas plumbing experience (a big plus)
• Valid U.S. driver’s license
