HVAC/R Technician
Nouria Energy is a fast pace, fast growing retail and wholesale petroleum company operating 155 locations from Maine into Connecticut with a corporate office located in Worcester, MA. We are seeking a motivated HVAC/R technician who can work autonomously and ensure c-stores stores throughout the company network stays maintained by completing work orders administered by the HVAC/R Manager. Essential Functions
Candidates must be able to independently carry out the duties and responsibilities listed below at a satisfactory level.
- Manage, prioritize, and complete multiple service calls. Calls are dispatched by the Nouria HVAC/R Manager who will assist with call prioritization and ordering of related supplies
- Ability to use HVAC tools and multimeters proficiently; must provide own tools – Nouria will purchase additional tools/ (specialty) items as needed
- Perform general maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting, and other related work in a safe and efficient manner
- Always maintain a high level of professionalism
- Ability to train and work with others
- Possess a valid driver's license with good driving record; A company work van will be provided
- Ability to work with/ on ladders
- Ability to work 40 hours a week
- Ability to lift 40lbs+
- Perform other duties as required and/ or assigned
Education & Experience
- High School diploma required
- Trade School certificate required
- EPA universal certification required
- R.T License preferred – willing to train and send to school
- 3-7 years of work experience required
Job Related Skills
- Time management skills with ability to manage several tasks simultaneously
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to use email and internet dispatching applications currently utilized by Nouria Energy
