Welder‑Combo

Rate: $29.50 USD per hour. This is a full‑time position (40 hours per week). No per diem or relocation funding.

• Must be a Journeyman Industrial Combo‑Welder with 3‑5 years of experience.
• Weld 2" sch 10 GTAW and 2" heavy wall carbon steel GTAW; weld structures and pipe with FCAW and TIG (carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum).
• Start and complete x‑ray welds using GTAW and SMAW processes.
• Perform full‑penetration welds with SMAW and flux core welding applications.
• Check the quality of work pieces and measure them with straightedge or template to ensure specifications are met.
• Maintain and operate welding equipment properly, following all safety regulations.
• Weld to create joints in pipe from torch to tanks of oxygen and fuel gas and adjust valves as required.
• Wear personal protective equipment as required (rain gear, chemical protective clothing, supplied‑air and air‑purifying respirators, safety harness, sand‑blast hood, fire‑resistant coveralls, hard hat, ear plugs, safety glasses).
• Work in various positions (stooping, standing, bending, kneeling, squatting, climbing stairs, working at heights, balancing for extended periods).
• Other duties as assigned.

• No minimum education requirement.
• 3‑5 years of Journeyman level experience.
• Must pass pre‑employment physical, drug screen, and background check.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship.
