Operate heavy equipment on grade crew safely and efficiently;
Smooth and adjust grade and finishes before compaction;
Perform daily pre- and post-inspections with documentation per company policies;
Perform minor servicing and maintenance of equipment; report major problems to Foreman;
Perform general labor duties and assist with asphalt finishing tasks as needed
