Savannah College of Art and Design is seeking a Maintenance Tech II to keep university buildings across Savannah in excellent condition. You will perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, drywall/paint, and furniture repair, either independently or with others from the physical resources team.
You will conduct daily walkthroughs, manage work orders, meet schedules, and coordinate with other trades. You must be able to lift 50 lbs and be on call for emergencies.
