This is a Monday–Friday daytime position offering competitive hourly pay, performance incentives, excellent benefits, and opportunities for professional growth.

We're looking for someone who is:
- A natural problem-solver with strong mechanical aptitude
- Comfortable diagnosing electrical and mechanical issues
- Customer-focused, patient, and compassionate
You don't need previous adaptive mobility experience to succeed here. If you're mechanically inclined, eager to learn, and have automotive service experience, we'll provide comprehensive training on the specialized equipment and technologies used in the mobility industry.
What You'll DoAs a Service Technician, you'll inspect, diagnose, repair, install, and maintain mobility and accessibility equipment, including wheelchair-accessible vehicles and adaptive mobility solutions.
First 30 Days- Learn our products, services, and mobility solutions
- Become familiar with wheelchair-accessible vehicle systems
- Train on diagnostic procedures and repair processes
- Accurately document inspections, repairs, and service work
- Begin building product knowledge to support customers confidently
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues efficiently
- Recommend and perform effective repairs
- Stay current on evolving mobility and accessibility technologies
- Deliver outstanding customer service and support
- Collaborate with teammates to ensure quality outcomes
- Develop strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Gain a complete understanding of store operations and service expectations
- Complete service work within established timelines
- Support teammates and contribute to a positive team environment
- Valid driver's license
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- ASE certification
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship
- Personal tool set required
- Automotive Technology certificate or related training
- Electrical troubleshooting experience
- Fabrication or welding experienceASE certification (preferred but not required)
