Key Responsibilities- Prepare surfaces by washing, scraping, sanding, and priming as necessary.
- Repair drywall as needed.
- Apply paint, stain, and coatings using rollers, brushes, and spray equipment
- Maintain and clean tools, equipment, and work areas.
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards while on-site.
- Travel to multiple store locations across our network of convenience store locations throughout the local footprint of Nouria based on the maintenance schedule.
- Communicate with store managers and facility coordinators to ensure minimal disruption to store operations.
- Complete all assigned work orders timely and accurately.
- 3+ years of painting experience (residential, commercial, or retail environments).
- Sharp eye for detail
- Proficient with brush, roller, and spray-painting techniques.
- Skilled in surface preparation and high-detail finish work, including drywall repair and cutting in.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable transportation/ willingness to travel throughout our New England footprint
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality workmanship.
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs. and work on ladders as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; trade certifications a plus.
- Competitive hourly wage based on experience.
