Power Exceptional Work.Melton Electric is looking for an experienced Project Foreman to lead our field teams and keep commercial electrical projects running safely, efficiently, and on schedule. In this role, you'll serve as the connection between project management and the field—coordinating crews, ensuring quality workmanship, and delivering projects that exceed expectations.

- Lead and supervise electrical crews on commercial and industrial projects
- Coordinate daily job site activities to keep projects on schedule
- Read and interpret blueprints, electrical drawings, and project specifications
- Ensure all work meets NEC requirements and company quality standards
- Maintain a safe, organized, and productive job site
- Mentor and develop apprentice and journeyman electricians
- Communicate project progress, material needs, and potential issues with project management
- Perform quality inspections and resolve field challenges efficiently
- Foster a positive team culture built on accountability and professionalism
Required Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman Electrician License (or higher)
- Minimum 2 years of experience leading commercial or industrial electrical projects as a Foreman or Lead Electrician
- Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and job site safety practices
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 30 Certification
- Experience using digital construction management or project reporting software
