Oversee, coordinate, and provide trades services to ensure safe operation of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and all other systems;
Operate and maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment including boilers, chillers, pumps, fans, air handling units, and related components;
Inspect and maintain building mechanical equipment to prevent unscheduled shutdowns and ensure occupant comfort;
Supervise and review technical operations, surveys, energy audits, and environmental/ADA compliance;
Assist with vendor coordination, capital projects, and on-site management of subcontractors and service providers
