Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment and facility systems.
- Perform emergencies and unscheduled repairs during production operations.
- Complete scheduled maintenance and preventive maintenance activities during equipment downtime.
- Perform basic machinist duties as required.
- Utilize mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills to diagnose and repair equipment issues.
- Read and interpret equipment manuals, schematics, blueprints, and work orders.
- Diagnose equipment malfunctions; replace or repair defective components; test equipment; and make necessary adjustments.
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance on machinery, equipment, and facility systems.
- Perform plumbing, carpentry, and general building maintenance functions.
- Safely operate hand tools, power tools, electrical testing equipment, and material‑handling equipment.
- Identify faulty equipment, defective materials, and unusual operating conditions and report findings to appropriate supervision.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
- Comply with all company policies, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Education:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Technical school certification or vocational training preferred.
- Previous industrial maintenance experience preferred.
- Equivalent combinations of education, training, and experience will be considered.
- Mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize maintenance tasks.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and work in confined spaces for extended periods.
- Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and heavier weights with assistance.
- Ability to work in varying temperatures, including hot, cold, wet, and noisy environments.
- Ability to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and other flexible schedules as needed.
- Schedule:
Monday-Friday with some weekend work required; - Benefits:

- Base hourly salary rate of $17.96 with a $1.00 shift differential for 2nd and $1.25 for 3rd shift;
