Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the team in executing spray foam insulation projects to meet job specifications, ensuring high-quality work and operational efficiency.
- Champion and enforce jobsite safety protocols in accordance with all relevant regulations, promoting a culture of safety at all times.
- Maintain and operate insulation rig and equipment, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure proper maintenance to uphold operational excellence.
- Communicate professionally with customers, handle paperwork, and ensure customer satisfaction, maintaining a professional image and cleanliness of job sites.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
- Exceptional leadership skills with confidence and executive presence.
- Commitment to integrity, dependability, and urgency.
- Physical fitness to navigate tight spaces and lift at least 50 pounds comfortably.
- Comfort working in challenging construction environments, including hot conditions.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to pass a pulmonary fit test.
- Flexibility to perform additional duties as required, displaying adaptability and initiative.
